Conflicts and broils

It is quite normal that conflicts and broils spring up and social system must be able to solve all the conflicts. Every entity has its sanction power which can not be trespass. If it wants to enforce its right by higher press then it must address higher power.
1) if you can choose partners, friends and colleagues then you should choose them from a similar social and opinion group.
2) try to get on well with everybody but say your wish and enforce your rights.
3) try to agree with people. Search, offer, promise and as well enforce your own interests.
4) everything must be solved by the most soft but effectual means.
5) if you are not strong enough to promote your interests you can either step aside or to address more powerful subject.
6) conflicts must be solved on level of opinion discussion. Who can defend his opinion and interests he has the right to fulfil them, not successful side must step aside. Opinion discussion can exist on different levels and it is a base of the ordeal.
7) forgiveness has its rules and you should forgive and forget the problem the moment it is solved.
8) solving conflicts is a service for a man and it is a deal for witches and wizards. Influence of a wizard can be stronger than vendetta.
