Ten
Principles
1. The highest priority is based on
the assumption that everybody may spend his life at will. Each man prepares his journey
through life in cooperation with his fateful powers in order to attain good vocational
integration in the form of mission.
2. Each person achieves satisfaction by different feelings, different vital energy. The
society must respect such disposition, but everybody has to secure them by the sweat of
his brow. Such feelings amount to certain form of vital energy and determine the character
of cult, of the spiritual environment, especially in private.
3. Each man needs to take care of his social and physical needs as far as his life is
concerned. The society is called to secure its members in such a way that they don’t
live in reduced circumstances. Anybody than may thanks to his efforts achieve above
standard level, primarily in compliance with personal credit and social position.
4. Health is basic assumption of man’s satisfaction, his life and ability to deal with
work assignments. The society is bound to see about completely free health care provided
for its members. Doctors and sanitarists wouldn’t be paid according to particular
actions, but the payment tariff would be fixed and possible compensation would correspond
to the health condition of population.
5. Each man carries out his mission in life, and that finds expression in his interest
related to concrete craftsmanship or creative work. The society is obliged to facilitate
for its members fulfillment of their mission in life.
6. Successful employment and high quality performance of employee duties is determined by
good educational system and vocational training. Basic and secondary education must be
free of charge and meet the needs of reality. Higher and vocational education for the
benefit of society must be also free of charge and possible financial expenses together
with rewards may reflect educational attainment in order to fulfill motivational function.
Educational system focused on personal prosperity and prestige may operate as subsidized
one.
7. Political administrative activities must be linked with responsibility on all
administrative levels. Political management has got to exercise autonomy to a large
extent. Financial means in use were gathered primarily from personal funds.
8. Prosperity and wealth of society stems from the middle class. Its core consists of
intelligentsia, creative people, small business men and sole traders. The society has to
create conditions of prosperity for the middle class and protect its existence and
economic prosperity as well.
9. Home economical production has to be protected and preferred.
10. The whole political administration must be executed on the principles of divided power
with maximal extent of autonomy.
